Rose Quartz ring

Finally finished my first ring.  Used left over silver scraps to create this.  A ten dollar rose quartz stone set in silver.  I had to redo it twice!  I am wearing it everyday now! Lol!  Thanks for looking!

Varadero Beach

Happy Friday the 13th.  My scrapbook room is just about completed and ready for craft time.  It's been way too long since I have Scrapbooked with the move and all in November.  I created this layout last year I am working on my photos of my trip to Cuba April 2014.  The following layout was created using Me & My Big ideas paper ( I think) and my inspiration came from the talented Tracy McLennon and a layout she created.  Thanks for peeking in.

Swagger

This  layout contains paper from the Basic Grey SWAGGER line.  I made this layout with a photo in mind, my husband graduated with an MBA last May 2013.  I will put his grad photo on it when they come from the photographer.

Fancy Pants SWAGGER

This layout was created at on a weekend crop that I went on using the Fancy Pants Swagger line.  I so love  this line. I loved the little pockets included in the embellisment line.  This was one  of my monthly kits from SCRAPSHOTZ!  That kit club rocks.  Photo is of my nephews.  Thanks for looking.

This final layout used Mama Razzi 2, KaiserCraft teal crystal gems, and Bo Bunny chipboard embellisments, washi tape and Prima wood camera.

KaiserCraft 75cents

At long last a layout by moi!   I have lots to share and so little time but i promised my buddy Marilyn i would update my blog.  Bear with me as I am using my iphone...imagine!  

I created this layout using some paper by kaisercraft (75 cents collection).  Some music sheet paper, background kraft cardstock  and there could besome leftover   basic grey serenade in there.    I stamped some butterflies on velum and added some stamping with Tim Holtz stamps.  Flowers were a mix of prima and ctmh.

MME Union Square

 

This Layout was part of a two page layout class myself and a friend taught a few years ago.  The paper is from My Minds Eye UNION SQUARE.  I love the red, taupe, black and cream color combo.  The flower was made using Tim Holtz tattered floral dye by Sissex.  It was cut using two brown paper bags.  Then is was sprayed with a mini-mister filled with TH barn red re-inker and some gold pearlex to add some shimmer. After drying double layer the flower and adhere with a black brad in the centre.

 I am going to enter this in Tim Holtz tattered floral challenge this month.

Another layout featuring KaiserCraft SWEET NOTHINGS collection.  I printed the photos in Sepia.  I added some chipboard butterflies (Studio Calico) and Prima (say it with Crystals) bling and Butterfly.

Facebook Prize winner-Maya Road

I admit I use facebook too much....but I won something finally via Maya Road.  I LOVE their stuff!  I was so excited  to win...THANKS Maya Road.

BO BUNNY Enchanted 2

I am finally starting my niece's prom pictures from last June.  I had more of this lovely paper line (Bo Bunny ENCHANTED) so I printed off some photos in black and white to match better.  Her dress is orange in color so stay tuned to see what I can create with some other paper line I purchased last year.

 Add some nice ribbon, pearls and pop up dress form (hard to see..its nice and sparkly actually but the sky outside is grey and not ideal for taking pictures today).    Thanks for peeking in.

BO BUNNY-Enchanted

Here is a layout I did last night at a friends house using the black and white BO BUNNY Enchanted paper line. My niece graduated in 2012...So I am starting to scrapbook her grad and prom photos, finally!

I made this layout last spring at Crop and Create Moncton 2012.  I love MME paper....it has been amazing the past few years.  Add a sweet picture of my great niece and here it is.

My Minds Eye-Follow Your Heart

This scrapbook layout was done at a local weekend crop in Sydney, NS in Dec 2012.  The original was made by the ever talented Jacqueline Finn.  It is done using MME Follow Your Heart Be Amazing line.  Add another banner and some embellishments from that line and Viola!  Thanks for the inspiration Jacqueline!

My Minds Eye Lost & Found Christmas

I made a few layouts with a friend this past weekend using MME Lost & Found Christmas paper. We were using some banners which seem to be popular in many layouts.  We also used Tim Holtz Holiday Wreath die and the Close to my Heart cricut cartridge. Of course I still need to add my photos yet.   Thanks for stopping by today.
